The team at Ascot Caretaking are body corporate specialists with experience managing everything from single residential buildings through to large multi-building complexes. Our services range from general interior and exterior cleaning, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, rubbish removal.

Yes, we do tree lopping however only to a height of 2.4 metres due to OH&S. Call or email us for a free quote.

Will we organise to service you property prior the public holiday or after.

We only use a specific brand of weed spray in which does not harm animals, people, or other plants. However, if you do not wish us to use weed spray please advise us during the quotation process.

Of course, within the process of our free quotation, we provide owners and body corporate with a list of duties. In which then you can alter, add and elaborate in order to fully create an understanding of what needs to be done and to what standard.

Certainly, we can take bins in or out for collection all in the same visit. We can also arrange for cleaning and sanitation of bins
